For Physical Books
All products are shipped promptly unto the customer upon order. Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number of the order being shipped.

For Ebooks
An ebook is an electronic book, able to be read either upon your cpu, laptop, tablet, or phone through an Ebook reader app. If an ebook is ordered, an email is sent to the customer, which will contain the downloadable link of the book, for the customer to read on their device. The Ebook files are abele to be read on ereader apps except Kindle. All other ebook readers will recognize the link of the ebook simply labelled as "Ebook " on your device. Google Play Store or Apple both have free ereader apps to download. Recommendable free, ebook apps to download are: eReader Prestigo: Book Reader, ReadEra, or Pocketbook for Apple.
These eraders apps can be used as audiobooks, where the book can be read to you electronically through the app's speaker feature.

For Merchandise
Currently all merchandise sold on this site are through a third party. Elliot Brent's merchandise are sold here, but the orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped through an additional affiliate. Certified quality ensured.
